In 2024, RCB’s captain was Faf du Plessis, and their coach was Andy Flower. The team has come very close to winning three times, in 2009, 2011, and 2016. They have also reached the playoffs nine times. RCB played in a big cricket tournament called the Champions League in 2011 and finished second. In 2024, RCB was worth $117 million, making it one of the richest teams in the IPL.
