Barcelona advanced to the Copa del Rey quarter-finals with an impressive 5-1 win over Real Betis, led by teenage sensation Lamine Yamal.
The team continued their momentum after beating Real Madrid last weekend. They started strong, with Gavi scoring in just the third minute. Dani Olmo set up the goal with a smart pass, showing his skills after finally being cleared to play following some registration problems.
Olmo came close to scoring himself twice but was stopped by Betis goalkeeper Fran Vieites and later by the post. Despite their efforts, Real Betis couldn’t keep up with Barcelona’s energy and skill.

In the 67th minute, substitute Ferran Torres scored the fourth goal with an amazing volley inside the box. Finally, Yamal got the goal he deserved, calmly scoring past goalkeeper Vieites 15 minutes before the end of the match. It was a brilliant performance from the young star.
Betis scored a penalty in the 84th minute, taken by Vitor Roque, who is on loan from Barcelona. This happened after Kounde fouled Jesus Rodriguez in the box. However, the penalty didn’t affect Barcelona’s impressive performance in their big win on Wednesday night.
